Every report is built from the same costed ledger, so the numbers reconcile with your inventory.

Profit & loss

Choose a date range (default: last 30 days) to see revenue, COGS, gross profit and margin from fulfilled sales in that window. COGS uses the cost captured at sale time, and discounts given are broken out so you can see their impact.

Inventory valuation

Current stock × weighted-average cost, broken down by category: the money sitting on your shelves right now. A ledger-based as-of valuation is also available for period-end figures.

Best sellers

Top products by units and revenue, with the real average price after discounts and overrides.

Compliance & control reports

• Discount overrides: an audit trail of every authorized discount (operator, authorizer, totals), with reversed entries preserved and struck through.
• Transfers: denials and overrides.
• Expiring & expired lots: lots within 60 days or already past, for recalls and freshness.

Export any report to CSV for your accountant or spreadsheet. A dedicated Tax packet print view bundles income, sales tax and inventory summaries into a single print-to-PDF document.
