Upload a product CSV, run the Square migration wizard for customers, catalog and historical sales, or import an existing Shopify catalog.

Set up locations & team
Add your stores and warehouses, invite teammates (or add internal staff by employee ID), and set per-location roles.

Run the floor
Receive POs, ring up sales, transfer stock and run cycle counts. Every movement writes a signed, costed ledger entry.
Bring your data in cleanly
CSV import creates a costed default variant per row. The Square migration wizard walks Customers → Catalog → Sales, flags same-name collisions, and imports historical sales without re-posting stock so your on hand never double-counts.

Everything posts to one ledger
Receiving, selling, transferring, adjusting and counting all write signed StockMovement entries with a unit cost. On hand and weighted-average cost update in the same transaction, so your valuation and COGS are always reconciled.

Keep selling on Square (optional)
Connect Square by OAuth for two-way live sync. Choose a direction per area: pull from Square, or push and make Stockroom the source of truth. Map many Square locations to yours so no sale is ever lost.

Sell online from the same stock (optional)
Connect Shopify and choose which products sell online, plus how many units to hold back for walk-in customers. Stockroom pushes the count on the movement that changed it, so a sale at the counter reaches the storefront the same minute. Web orders come back here to pick, pack and ship.
